All Prowler Proof Diamond doors come in 50 standard colours, with another 250 optional colours available. There’s no extra delivery time — and only a small premium — for optional colours.
Australian Standard AS 5039
Diamond-grille strength, modern engineering.
The Diamond design passes the AS 5039 security test with ease. The 1,000-hour salt-spray tests (AS 2331) aren’t much challenge either — conducted at +35°C, near-100% humidity, in a solution saltier than sea water. You won’t find a stronger diamond-design security screen door on the Australian market.

Security (AS 5039-2008)
Six separate tests passed by the same sample: dynamic impact, jemmy, pull, probe, shear and knife shear. Diamond passes with ease.
Test 02
Bushfire
Bushfire-prone zones need corrosion-resistant mesh with openings under 2×2 mm (AS 3959-2009). The fire-attenuation test (FS 4302/3572) shows the reduction in radiant heat flux.
Test 03
Corrosion
AS 2331.3.1 (neutral) and AS 2331.3.2 (acetic acid) salt-spray tests, 1000 hours in an enclosed chamber saltier than sea water. Diamond comes out unphased.
Test 04
Insect protection
The mosquito protection test measures ability to keep mosquitoes out over extended periods. Diamond’s aluminium grille + optional insect gauze passes.
Test 05
Fall prevention
NCC (BCA 2013) requires certain window openings to be screened to prevent child falls. Diamond resists a 250 N outward horizontal action — window restrictors can be removed.

Access control
Optional accessories: keying locks alike, pet doors, port holes and hopper hatches. Tested for consistent unassisted access.

Corey was brilliant!! I recently had three security screen doors fitted to my new home. I chose the Prowler Proof doors with Forcefield mesh and they DO look great (the advertising was true - the welded corners look much better than jointed riveted frames). While slightly more expensive than other quotes it really seemed worth it for that difference. As a bonus, Corey was genuinely a pleasure to deal with... Knowledgeable, always friendly and helpful, as well as super fast and efficient when installing the new doors. Besides looking great, the doors also fit perfectly (closers included). I really appreciated his updates on the progress of my order, and the fast turnaround time on manufacturing. I will definitely be ordering more doors in future from Corey (I have two doors on an outbuilding that also need screens). Highly recommended.
